Your mission

Product Strategy Oversight:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product vision and strategy.
Ensure alignment of development efforts with the established product roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on the product strategy effectively.
Collaborate with the Data Science team to experiment, explore and develop innovative ML and AI solutions to integrate into our software.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment with product goals.
Interdepartmental Communication:
Facilitate clear and consistent communication between different departments.
Act as a bridge to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding product goals and initiatives.
Innovation Leadership:
Introduce innovative ideas that align with the overall product vision and strategy.
Foster a creative environment, encouraging the generation of new concepts from team members.
ML Engineer:
Collaborate with the team to define and implement ML solutions.
Leveraging LLM (Large Language Models) for prototyping and

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary key member to join our team as a Product Strategy & Innovation Lead. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our product's trajectory, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and fostering innovation across departments. While we currently have a strong team in place, we foresee future growth and advanced solutions on the horizon, making this position critical for our long-term success.

Location

Remote in Spain.
Hybrid in Santander

Your profile

Technical skills:
Experience deploying ML models into production, with a focus on microservices and APIs.
Qualifications:
You are a trained engineer with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related field.
5+Years proven experience in product strategy and innovation leadership.
Familiarity with HR products or similar domains.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a track record of bringing innovative ideas.
Experience in aligning technical teams with broader business objectives.
Languages requirements:
Spanish – working proficiency
English – working proficiency

Nice to have

Nice to have Development Skills: Experience/Knowledge with .NET 8 , Angular 15, Azure, Azure DevOps.
