Your mission

Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute product strategy.
Design and implement robust analytic solutions ranging from basic statistical analysis to advanced Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence algorithms to cover the identified needs
Construct and manipulate large datasets, and apply creativity in developing solutions using SQL, Python, and other tools
Analyze data to discover hidden trends; deliver insights and analysis with clear actionable recommendations
Design, build, and implement models into our solutions.

Remote in Spain.
Hybrid in Santander

Your profile

Bachelor degree/MSc in a relevant field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Math, Psychologist or other related subject.

You have experience in several of the following areas:

Background in statistics: familiarity with practically applying both descriptive and predictive models.
Knowledge of Bayesian statistics and inference.
Solid understanding of the Generalized Linear Model (GLM), preferably having developed customized models to suit diverse needs.
Experience designing and optimizing Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs).
Experience with NLP and using LLMs.
Enjoy taking ownership and challenging existing approaches
Strong curiosity, problem-solving and problem-finding skills; creative mindset.
Proactive attitude towards the creation and evaluation of new hypotheses and products.
Ability to synthesize business questions to key research objectives.

Hands-on knowledge of data science and Big Data tools:

Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL & NoSQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software

And techniques:

Solid understanding of Generalized Linear Models (GLMs).
STAN (cmdstanpy, RStan, etc.) for Bayesian statistical modelling.
Regression, clustering and other ML algorithms.
Experience with Deep Learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch.
Familiarity with HR / Occupational data and databases
Data visualization skills to generate qualitative insights
Languages we expect you to bring:
- Spanish Professional.
- English Professional.

Nice to have

Knowledge of psychometry (SEM, CFA, EFA, EGA, etc.).
Experience with Huggingface models for generating text embeddings.
