People Analytics Specialist

Your mission

Collaboration with Data Science Team:  

  • Work closely with the Data Science team to integrate people analytics into overall product strategy. 
  • Collaborate on developing models and algorithms to enhance the measurement, analytical capabilities, and quality of automated action recommendations (descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics). 
Strategic Client Relationship Management: 
  • Openness in building close relationships with customers to gain a deeper understanding of individual needs to provide strategic support. 

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of survey results and available HR data, to extract meaningful insights. 

  • Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for our clients, helping them make informed decisions about workforce management, employee engagement, company culture, etc. 
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a clear understanding of insights and recommendations. 
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations based on data analysis, contributing to developing and implementing effective people strategies. 
  • Confidence in presenting comprehensive survey reports and action recommendations to senior HR and C-Level stakeholders. 

 Tool and Industry Expertise: 

  • Demonstrate proficiency in working with HR tools (modern survey management tools and HRM software), to efficiently gather and analyze employee-related data. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in HR analytics tools, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance analytical capabilities.

Your profile
This role may be a good fit for you if: 
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, statistics, human resources, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in People Analytics, HR analytics, or a related field. 
  • Strong proficiency in working with modern HR tools such as SAP (SuccessFactors, Qualtrics), Workday (Peakon), Microsoft (Viva Glint), Oracle, Personio, or similar measurement and HRM tools. 
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights from complex datasets. 
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. 
  • Experience working on consultancy projects, and providing strategic insights to clients. 
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
 
 Language requirements: 
  • Spanish – working proficiency 
  • English – working proficiency 
  • German-Bilingual/Native 
Nice to have
  • Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of data analysis software and tools, such as Python, R, SQL,or HRIS systems. 

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Plotly, PowerBI, or Excel. 

  • Statistical Knowledge: Includes techniques like regression analysis, predictive modeling, probability, correlation, understanding distributions, and other statistical analyses (like ANOVA, t-test, chi-squared test, etc.).
